Henry Williams has invested extensively in new machinery within its fabrication facility in the North East of England and continues to increase its capacity through business growth and customer contracts with Government Agencies and private organisations.

anufacturing and assembly lines are designed to cope with large batches of its own products and also to the customer’s exact specifications. Manufacturing from a range of materials in stainless, aluminium and mild steels from 0.5mm up to 10mm thick.

New 3D CAD CAM technologies enable our project engineers to efficiently R&D customer drawings and design prior to manufacturing which reduces prototyping and customer lead times on new products. The project department also offer design packages to coincide with a range of specialist industry and environmental testing accreditations and CE product approvals.

Our range of modern manufacturing machinery include Pulmax turret punches with 3m x 1.5m sheet capacity, automated robot welding centres, press brakes, wet spraying and drying lines, mechanical fixing and product assembly lines. Finishing processes also include galvanising, plating and powder coating.

Our organisation is ISO 9001:2008 & ISO14001:2004 accredited and holds approvals for Construction Line and Investors in People.
