SHEQ Technical Administrator

Job Purpose:

To undertake administrative duties to assist the Quality Manager so as to ensure the smooth running of the Quality Department.

Job Details:

Full time, permanent.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Control of standards
  • NCR Data administration
  • Heat treatment processing
  • Finished product document packs
  • Dip slide management
  • Goods inward certification
  • Recycling arrangements
  • Test House works orders
  • Steel cast data base
  • Outwork purchase orders
  • General administrative duties

Essential Skills:

  • Previous administration experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Good eye for attention to detail
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience of ISO 9001 / 14001

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm

Friday 8.30am – 4pm

 

37 hours per week
