SHEQ Technical Administrator
Job Purpose:
To undertake administrative duties to assist the Quality Manager so as to ensure the smooth running of the Quality Department.
Job Details:
Full time, permanent.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Control of standards
- NCR Data administration
- Heat treatment processing
- Finished product document packs
- Dip slide management
- Goods inward certification
- Recycling arrangements
- Test House works orders
- Steel cast data base
- Outwork purchase orders
- General administrative duties
Essential Skills:
- Previous administration experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good eye for attention to detail
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of ISO 9001 / 14001
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Friday 8.30am – 4pm
37 hours per week
