Henry Williams are pleased to announce the appointment of their new Forging and Fabrication Director.
Following the retirement of Barrie Hope who has done a sterling job in this role for 13 years, Henry Williams have pleasure in announcing the appointment of Andrew Nelson, to the Board as Forging and Fabrication Division Director.
Andrew was previously at Outo kumpu stainless Steel in Sheffield, where he helped rationalise and re-structure the business into a world class operation. He had responsibility for the 16 major production lines producing 40,000T of stainless steel per annum, and achieved 99% on time deliveries in full.
He will be responsible for the whole of the Forging and Fabrication division, and his remit is to improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve on time deliveries through the installation of new manufacturing plant. Andrew Nelson expressed his enthusiasm for the company which is 125 years old this year, and said he looked forward to the challenges this very demanding position will bring.
