To complement our recently approved UKAS accredited Testing Laboratory No 8774 for mechanical testing, Henry Williams can now offer a range of Non-Destructive Inspection and Testing services.
Although not covered by our UKAS accreditation we also offer the following services:-
- PCN Level 2 Crack Detection.
- Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
- Black and White MPI
- Dye Penetration Inspection (DPI)
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
These services will complement not just our drop and upset forging sectors of the business but also to our fabrications division in offering a range of extensive weld tests on Highways and Rail approved products.
Andrew Nelson, MD explains that our aim is to provide these NDI testing services to companies who require large quantities of parts inspecting where it is more economical to sub-contact these services.
